We are so impressed and pleased with the floor refinishing Vlad and Silver completed. The floors are perfectly smooth (no ridges or cupping or gouges). This was a concern due to this having been an issue when using a different contractor for refinishing on another home in the past. Vlad assured us the floors would be smooth and beautiful and they definitely live up to that promise. The attention to detail, kindness, patience, and professionalism was impressive. When selecting the stain color, Vlad and Silver provided several samples including a few hand-mixed colors. We worked together to get just the right combo and the final result using a custom mixed color turned out even better than we imagined! Thank you so much, Vlad and Silver, for your terrific, talented, quality product!! We have already received very positive remarks from friends AND other contractors who have seen the floors! One contractor doing work on a neighbor’s home was so impressed he got down on the floor to feel it and to take a closer look, asking “Is this new wood?” I assured him it was the original 1960’s hardwood. He was very impressed. Wow! Amazing!

I had no idea our hardwood floors could turn out this fantastic. I am absolutely amazed! He recommended a shade that I at first did not think would work; but, as you can see, I was blindsided, it is absolutely gorgeous. This increase the house value by around $25,000, my realtor said. A relatively small investment with a huge turn around. I am so impressed with Providence Hardwood I am recommending them to everyone I know. Incredible prices and even more incredible workmanship, you can't beat that! These photos are from our real estate agent. The agent said the number one compliment we recieved on the house was the hardwood floors. It was a major selling point.
